Here are my favorite Downtown San Diego Deals of the Week that were just listed.  Let's start off with our bright and shiny 2 bed 2 bath located at: 500 W Harbor Dr. 1019 CityFront Terrace  It's southeast location overlooks the urban canyon and has great views to the Coronado Bridge.  Very open and bright with a storage unit and locker included in the $667,500 price.  Litigation is settled and the building is in great shape.  Just listed yesterday, so let me know if you have interest.

If you're looking for an investment don't miss: 1501 Front St. #232 Palermo in Little Italy.  I love the location and the $252 HOA.  The 120 sf patio is a real advantage and it comes furnished.  Just listed today for $324,000.  This one is located in the heart of Little Italy where you will absolutely love the walk-ability.  My brother in law lives there and loves it!
