This one doesn't have a water view but you will love the location and space.  877 Island Avenue 303 at Parkloft.  Just listed yesterday for $650,000.  It features 1431 sf with 2 beds and 2 baths totally loft style with exposed pipes and soaring ceilings.  At the end of the day, open the doors and take in the fresh air and urban views.  This well run building has all of the excitement that The Ballpark area has to offer with a fitness center and door person.

One of my favorites is our very spacious 1 bedroom at Park Terrace located at: 206 Park Blvd 307 that was just reduced to $349,900.  It's right across from The Thomas Jefferson School of Law and features 887 square feet and gleaming hardwood floors.  The balcony has a nice urban view and the building has great amenities.  The Fitness Center and Club Room are awesome and it has a wonderful rooftop deck.
