San Diego Downtown Listings Not in MLS yet

One of the many advantages we have working for a larger Downtown San Diego team is knowing what is upcoming.  We get these about 10 days prior to the MLS submission.  This allows us to give our clients a jump on seeing them.  It's always best when you're not competing for showing times and offers.  We will also have the seller's disclosures as well as information about the HOA in the file so that our clients know all they can before making their offer. 
We have several coming up that may be of interest.
We have a wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath at Park Terrace that will go as soon as it hits the market.  It is a spacious 877 sf with it's own city view deck.  The building is right across from Petco Park and would make an excellent rental for the law school on the next block.  It is move in ready and is listed for $367,500.
