 #5 The Electra Pool

When you visit The Electra pool on the 5th floor it is sunny with a great view of the Embarcadero.  It is somewhat windy but almost always in the sun.  Our new listing located on the 16th floor 700 West E St.  will be ready to view next week.  It features 1370 sf with 2 bed 2 baths and 2 parking spots.  Northwest corner with gorgeous views and special granite.   #4 The Bayside Pool

1325 Pacific Highway 707 we just listed yesterday at Bayside.  It's also a 2 bed 2 bath with a den and 2 side by side parking spots and storage.  It provides dual view balconies with an unobstructed view of Waterfront Park.  #3 The Discovery at Cortez Hill Pool

850 Beech St. Discovery is the best deal right now with the reduced price of $640,000. 3 Bedroom Areas! Parking spots are on ground level and a storage unit is included.  With 1383 sf it is light and spacious.  The cherry hardwood floors are  nice and the private terrace is sure to impress with views of the Coronado Bridge.  The bonus room for guest or home office is hard to find. I love The Discovery Pool because of the recent addition of the cabanas.  It gives a feel like a high end Vegas hotel.

#2 City Front Terrace Pools

We have a wonderful new listing at City Front Terrace on the 10th floor. 500 W. Harbor Drive.  It has incredible views, hardwood floors, upgraded kitchen and lighting. The balcony is spacious and covered.  The reason I place these pools high on the list is that there are 2 at City Front Terrace.  The photo I'm showing is the larger and features a walk up brick view gazebo with hot tub.  The smaller pool is located at the other end of the complex giving everyone room and a choice.  Contact for details.

#1 The Pinnacle Pool

My number 1 choice is of course my building The Pinnacle.  The reason for this choice is the size of the pool as well as it being salt water!! It has an adjoining hot tub and party room and plenty of room for laps or splashing.  We have 2 outstanding listings right now at 550 Front St. on the 28th and 29th Floors.  Both have killer views and are 1587 and 2199 sf.  Contact for showings.
