New Horton Plaza Park Downtown San Diego

The New Horton Plaza Park in Downtown San Diego is going forward!   The city council gave the green light to a budget increase to turn a demolished part of Horton Plaza into a public park in Downtown San Diego.  The council approved spending $4.9 million on the 37,000 square foot park.
This project began nearly two years ago with the demolition of the old Robinsons-May/Planet Hollywood building.  Surrounding residences and businesses are sure to benefit.

Artist renderings show it to be a large open space designed with artwork and fountains.                   It is bordered by Broadway and Park and is sure to be a gem of downtown San Diego providing more walkable spaces and a venue for gatherings.  It showcases yet another reason to enjoy downtown San Diego.
Below are 2 new offerings that we just listed.  Contact me at 619-995-1520 or marsha@sellsandiego.com for more details.

1325 Pacific Highway 308

We just listed this 3 bedroom plus den 2 bath townhome in Bayside with over 2040 sf.  3 stories and 3 outdoor areas make this a very unusual offer.  This has all of the standard quality that Bayside has to offer  with a wall of windows, wood flooring and stone surfaces.  2 parking and a storage unit right by the door.  Be the first to view this one.
Another extra special and extra large condo in Downtown San Diego that we just listed yesterday is this one of a kind 3060 sf AIA award winning community called 7 on Kettner.   It was Jonathan Seagals's flagship creation and is nothing short of fabulous.  Designed as a live work loft this 4 floor design welcomes all who arrive.  It is set up for all sorts of small businesses.  There is currently a home theatre room with a bar.  It could also be set up as double living situation.  This is a special property that will be a great investment for the right owner.
