Little Things Downtown San Diego has to offer

My husband convinced me to take a slower bike ride so he could take photos of the little things downtown San Diego has to offer.  It is amazing what you notice when you're not in a car looking for the appropriate turn.  It took us about an hour and we went through The Gaslamp Quarter and over to the Embarcadero.  It was a perfect 73 degrees and there was a Biotech convention with the hustle and bustle that brings.  If you go down by the newer Hilton at the end you can watch the Dole Banana Boats arrive.  You can tell if they are full by how high they sit in the water.  It is amazing that those huge ships can get right up to the edge.

We are excited for the San Diego Summer Pops that starts on June 27.  We walk over and get table service with friends and you can order your drinks.  Each couple brings an hors-devour.  We have a group going to see Boz Scaggs.  It's awesome being able to sit at your own table outside under the stars and listen to music.

My featured listing today is 1441 9th Avenue 2302    $775,000

It fell out of escrow because of financing.  It is a 2 bed 2 bath 2 parking with over 1370 sf.  It has a 270 degree view that only the 23rd floor can offer. It features walnut hardwood floors, frosted glass cabinets and doors, marble vanities, gourmet kitchen with wine cooler and the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular.  The parking is side by side and it has it's own storage unit.  The special touches continue with electric shades and a generous deck. Aria amenities include a lap pool, spa, fitness center, clubroom lounge and security.  There are 137 units in the building with 24 stories and it was built in 2008.  The location is tops outside of the action but centrally located.  Take a look at the 23rd floor of Aria and find out about the little things downtown San Diego has to offer you.
