Fortune Magazine and Realtor.com just named San Diego as one of the best real estate markets in the nation!  We are 3rd on the list following Providence, RI and Louis, MO.  They are basing their predictions on the internet which is seeing 60% more page views than the national average and our inventory which is moving 16 days faster than national averages.  Strong job growth, low vacancy rates and a large share of millennials factor into predictions. 

Another reason that adds to the strong market here is the awesome weather. The sun shines almost daily and it never gets too hot.  Yes you will have less square footage here for the price but you are getting quality of life.  The affordability is enhanced by the awesome transportation system.  You can get by with less car travel.  Energy costs are far less because the use of heat and air is limited.  We are also seeing top paying jobs.
