We had a great party yesterday introducing the new lobby remodel at The Pinnacle Building located
at 550 Front St. We have lived here for 5 years and love the upgrades. After 7 years a settlement was reached with the developer freeing up funds to complete the lobby project. About 70 residents attended the champagne cocktail party which featured art pieces from Alexander Salazar Fine Art Studio. The new lobby provides a perfect venue for displaying work from local artisans. The pieces will be on display for 3 months with a price sheet at the concierge desk. They will be replaced with rotating art. Let me know if you have suggestions for local artists who may have interest in participating in this project. We think it will prove to be fruitful for the artists as well as providing a revolving display in our lobby.

Music was provided by international artist Luciano. The lobby niches and spot lighting provide a perfect spot for pottery and sculptures. The pieces there now are made of recyclable material and are lightweight but look like heavy clay. The red monolith sculpture in the corner is made of heavy metal and signifies a sun's ray. The motif of the lobby is red and gray lending itself to artwork that will coordinate. We have 182 owners that pass through the lobby area. Along with their guests, this will provide an ongoing source of potential customers. The acrylic spray on canvas is mounted above the sitting area. Contact me for additional details at:
